VILLA LOUIS
PAST PROJECTS
We started the Villa Louis Walkway project in the fall of 2020 and completed in summer 2024. The walkway was completed in two phases- the front half of the Dousman house and the back half. We used our mini excavator and rented a giant vacuum to assist us in laying the limestone pavers as each paver weighs over 100lbs. We also installed two horse head bollards in the front of the Dousman house and did landscaping around the building and pond to ensure it can still maintain the gorgeous backdrop for weddings.

UW AG HALL
We began the U-W Madison Agriculture Hall project in the summer of 2023. The Ag Hall project was ready for the students by the start of the new year in 2024. The biggest portions of the project consisted of removing all of the 500+ seats, replacing the stage, renovating all the flooring and some of the trim, as well as installing new electrical, hvac, and fire protection. If you have the chance to swing by, you can still see a handful of the original seating placed in the front row for historical purposes!

UWP William's Fieldhouse
We started our project at UW-Platteville William's Fieldhouse in the beginning of summer in 2024 and finished right around when school started back up again. This quick project included demolishing many cinder blocks, adding a support beam that weighed over a thousand pounds, and turning the open area into two BIG suites where Pioneer fans can now watch their favorite sports!
